It’s hairkingcallum here 🏳️‍🌈 I’m 22 and living in the heart of Manchester. I’m a Curl & Colour Specialist and I wanted to share a little background as to why I’m on this journey. 

I’ve always felt I was made for more than simply doing hair, after the first lockdown I didn’t want to just do hair, I felt uninspired. I wanted to give more, create a community, to share my love! That’s when I found my passion for textured hair and curls. I feel this acts as a metaphor of my past as growing up I felt I had no one to go to, no one to trust and I was stuck. When I started my curl specialist journey I found to be a very similar experience with a very different concept, I felt a connection.

My vision is to inspire others to fall in love with their hair and identity. To inspire other stylists to have the fire and passion that burns inside my soul. To give back and create a safe space for us all. 
 
I have created a space not only for hair, but also to act as a safe haven for all humans. A space where we put hair first, we take away judgement and open with inclusivity at the heart of the business. No matter your race, ethnicity, gender or sexuality, I’ve got you.
